Chelsea Player Ratings Against Sheffield United

Chelsea Held to 2-2 Draw by Bottom of the Table Sheffield United

McBurnie's Last-Minute Equalizer Denies Blues Crucial Points

Chelsea's hopes of qualifying for Europe received a blow on Saturday as they were held to a disappointing 2-2 draw by bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United.

The Blues took the lead twice through Billy Gilmour and Tammy Abraham but were pegged back on both occasions by the Blades. Oli McBurnie's late equalizer in the dying minutes snatched a point for the visitors, leaving Chelsea frustrated and facing an uphill battle to secure a European berth.

Despite the disappointing result, Cole Palmer was a standout performer for Chelsea. The young winger provided the assist for Abraham's goal and was a constant threat to the Sheffield United defense.

The draw leaves Chelsea in ninth place in the Premier League, six points adrift of the top four. With just seven games remaining in the season, the Blues will need to find a way to improve their form if they are to challenge for a European spot.
